The Continuous Improvement Roundtable (CIRT) is a collaboration between RAMAC and RCEDC. Designed for manufacturing managers and team leads responsible for continuous improvement and quality, CIRT provides an opportunity to learn, share best practices, and discuss common challenges with other Racine County manufacturers.
