Manufacturing Background
Before joining WMEP, Erik spent 35 years at Basin Precision Machining, beginning as a machinist and advancing to President and CEO, where he led company growth, plant expansions, and the implementation of Factory 4.0 systems. He later served as Director of Operations and Supply Chain at Leer, Inc., driving operational improvements, strengthening supply chains, and delivering major efficiency gains.
