Photography and Video Policy for In-Person Events
At WMEP Manufacturing Solutions (Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership – WMEP), we understand the importance of respecting the privacy of our event attendees while capturing moments that help showcase our events and activities. This policy outlines how we handle photography and video recording during our in-person events hosted or organized by WMEP.

Photographs, videos, and audio recordings taken at our events are the property of WMEP. We retain the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display these materials for promotional purposes. Attendees understand that their likeness or voice may appear in these materials and waive any rights or claims for compensation for such use. - Third-Party Photographers and Videographers
