Before joining WMEP, Charlie held engineering and leadership roles in food packaging, consumer goods packaging, manufacturing, automotive, foundry, and plastic molding. His career includes serving as Director of Engineering at Buehler Ltd. and Baker Manufacturing, running his own custom automation business, and managing automation projects with Midwest Engineered Systems and ACRO Automation Systems.
