Manufacturing Background
Before joining WMEP, Peg spent more than two decades managing quality systems in the food industry, leading internal audits, overseeing FDA and third-party audit preparations, and ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Her experience as a third-party auditor with NSF International gives her a unique perspective on both sides of the audit process.
