Participants learned about behavioral characteristics; communication; motivation; building better teams; handling conflict; making meetings work; delegation and time management; leading employees through change; and employee discipline and on-the-job training.
RESULTS:
- Participants gained the knowledge and skills needed to become effective leaders and supervisors. Through a self-discovery approach, the participants became acquainted with skills and tools to relate to subordinates, peers and managers.
“Our participants were very pleased with the workshop. There was a diversity of materials to aid in learning, as well as group activities that really brought us together as a leadership team. The content was delivered in an easily relatable way. This workshop gave us valuable real-world skills to sustainably grow our organization and set us apart in the labor market as an employer of choice.”
