Erik brings over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Most recently, he worked at Leer, Inc., where he played a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement initiatives. His efforts resulted in a 75% increase in output and a 40% reduction in labor as a percentage of revenue over just two years.

Prior to his time at Leer, Erik worked as an independent manufacturing consultant and spent 35 years in the Precision Machining Industry. His areas of expertise include:

  • Statistical Process Control & Quality Assurance
  • M&A and Finance

Erik’s formal training in Six Sigma Lean, Green Belt, and Black Belt from Villanova University enhances his strong consulting skills. Throughout his career, he has participated in a variety of technical programs and training partnerships, further solidifying his ability to help manufacturers thrive.

Outside of work, Erik enjoys making music, hiking, bird watching, fishing, and volunteering for conservation efforts in the Sauk Prairie area. He also values spending time with his wife, Corina, and their son, Ian.
