Manufacturing Background
Before joining WMEP, Beth built her career in engineering and leadership roles at MRPC, Vesta, and Techniplas. She led engineering and manufacturing teams through process improvements, new product development, and operational excellence initiatives. With 10 years in medical device manufacturing and 5 years in automotive, Beth gained hands-on experience that shaped her journey from process and project engineer to manufacturing engineering manager—blending technical expertise with leadership skills along the way.
