This session will share the business case for sustainability and discuss ways manufacturers are saving money, addressing workforce challenges, and building relationships with customers. We will discuss the concept of materiality and how to prioritize what topics matter most to your company. We will share tips for how to develop and integrate systems for measuring, monitoring, and improving over time. We will also touch on programs from our partner organization WSBC to support your journey as well as how WMEP can support you in getting started doing more with less.
